Here’s Tea Your Health

It’s almost that time! New scholars will be hitting our classroom doors in a matter of days. Teachers have been  vacationing, sleeping in, working extra jobs to cover our summer bills and so much more during this given break. We probably feel a rush of emotions as we plan to create a new classroom environment for new scholars and families.

For those of us who have taught for a while  we are trained to work under serious pressure. What if I told you there are three wellness teas that could help you transition into this new school year. Think of it as a cup for your health! Yes, tea. A simple small token to your health that could actually benefit you. Yes you are the mastermind behind a functioning classroom so we need you to be well. Write these down, take note of them or just keep them in that brilliant teacher brain of yours. You know the one that remembers everything without writing it down.

Throat Coat by Traditional Medicine Teas

Remember you have to give you voice proper care. You are going back to using it daily . Make it a smooth transition. Keep a few packets near when you feel and strain on that beautiful Teacher voice of yours.

Echinacea Plus with Elderberry by Traditional Medicine Teas

Yes covid has decreased over the years but that doesn’t mean you relax about your immunity.  Be on guard for you and your families health. Take the time to keep up your immunity in and out of flu season.

Nighty Nite Extra Tea

Before bed, relax. We as Teachers have so many responsibilities that may  fall our way. We must however learn  that when we get to our relaxing homes  we must do just that…relax ! Work can wait. Grab you a cup of Nighty Nite tea to help you chill then night away.

I hope that these simple tricks get you prepared for a year of wellness and education.

Tea toast to your health! 🥂
